Roy Millers shoots a 70 even par round to win and new course record!
Terry Moran Hodge takes 2nd with a 74,
Josh Mayson 3rd with 76,
and 2010 champ Dr. Steve Bailey takes 4th with a 77.
Maggie Sharkey for two years in a row wins the Ladies Championship shooting 87.
Suzanne Gropper takes 2nd with a 90,
Megan Sanders takes 3rd with a 94. Senior Champion (50+) is ,
2nd a tie with Chris Dolan & Jim Shaffer-Bauck both shooting 79.
Super Senior Champion (70+) is,
2nd Pete Huie had a 84 and
3rd was Bill Gropper with a 85.
Our Net winner this year was
Jenna Hall for the Ladies shooting a 56.20 net score.
Howard Gregg won the Men’s shooting a 58.7 net score.
When we (Taylor’s) took over the golf course in 2009 one of the things we really wanted to do was establish a Club Championship Tournament. We found an old Club Championship plaque but there were only names for 1984 & 1985. We found out that the Orcas Center Classic had a Club Champion for a few years 1995- 2001, but for what ever reason that too didn’t last. So In 2009 we started this great tournament back up with a Club Champ, Ladies Champ, Senior Champ in 2010 we added a Super Senior Champ, Low Mens Net, & Low Ladies Net.
